UST introduced Post-Coursework enrollment for the purpose of 1) to manage academic status of coursework completed students and 2) to enable student-researcher labor contract.

Please read the attached file and enroll this program. This should be enrolled by each semester

- Application(student) Period: Feb 18(Thu) ~ Mar 5(Fri), 2021

- Confirm(advisor) Period: Feb 18(Thu)  ~ Mar 5(Fri), 2021

- How to Apply: via UST Total Information System(https://edu.ust.ac.kr) * More info in the attached file.

- Who can Apply: Those who completed their coursework as of 2021 Spring semester

- If you do not enroll after completion of coursework, student-researcher labor contract is not available according to the guideline by the Ministry of Science &ICT.

- (International students) If you do not enroll after completion of coursework, your student VISA extension can be limited.

Confirm of advisor is necessary to finish post-coursework enrollment.

To advisor: Please confirm your students' apply before the deadline

UST는 수료생에 대한 학사관리와 학생연구원 근로계약 체결을 위하여 수료등록제를 운영하고 있습니다.

캠퍼스에서 학업 및 연구를 지속하고자 하는 수료생께서는 붙임파일을 참고하시어 수료등록을 진행하여 주시기 바랍니다.

수료등록제도는 학기별로 운영되므로, 이전 학기 등록을 하신 수료생도 금번 수료등록 대상입니다.

- 학생 신청기간: 2021년 2월 18일(목)  ~ 3월 5일(금)

- 지도교수 확인기간: 2021년 2월 18일(목)  ~ 3월 5일(금)

- 신청방법: UST 통합정보시스템 활용(https://edu.ust.ac.kr) (붙임 파일 참조)

- 신청대상: 2021학년도 전기 기준 수료생

- 과기정통부 "학생연구원 운영 가이드라인"에 따라 수료등록을 하지 않은 학생은 근로계약 체결 불가

- 외국인 수료생의 경우, 유학비자 연장을 위해 수료등록 필수

학생 신청 후 지도교수님께서 확인처리(통합정보시스템)를 해주셔야 수료 등록이 완료됩니다.

학생들께서는 신청 후 지도교수님께 확인 처리를 요청하여 주시고,

지도교수님들께서는 학생이 수료등록을 신청하면 기간 내 확인 처리를 꼭 부탁드립니다.
